Port St Lucie Florida has grown over the years. Many of the quick kitchen renovation projects now require permiting and engineering in order to make changes to the home.
Not all projects but only ones where electrical, structural or plumbing is being moved. If we are relocating a kitchen in the home from one side to the other it will require permits.
If we are just removing and replacing cabinets, countertops, sink and accessories then we will not need permitting.
Of course without permitting it is a relatively fast process!
First we would measure all cabinets and order them. After they all arrive we would remove the existing cabinets in the kitchen. Once everything is removed we would assemble and install the cabinets.
Countertop specialists will come and template the exact layout. Then about a week later countertops will arrive. We install hardware and any accessories or light fixtures and that's it!
Kitchen renovation projects take less then 5 weeks if its a remove and replace project. Depending on the size and scope the permitting process can drag a kitchen project out months unfortunately.
