Gizze Construction Inc is a painting contractor in Port St Lucie specializing in residential and commercial painting. We have painted 100s of houses over the years both interiors and exteriors. Many of the local businesses have been painted by our crews as well.

Each project we build or remodel we typically end up painting in house. Our clients know we offer painting and although we don't advertise painting alone we do offer this service to our faithful clients. Our crews work all over the Treasure Coast including St Lucie and Martin County. We have relationships with local suppliers in Port St Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach and Palm City so we can always grab extra paint if needed quickly.

Materials

Your overall budget will determine which paint we use. Some of the best paint comes from either Sherman Williams or Benjamin Moore. We have accounts with both suppliers and they both offer an excellent quality long lasting paint. Then there are cheaper options like Glidden or Behr but at the end of the day they can all look great!

Putting the paint on the walls is the easy part of painting. Where we stand out from the rest is by the preparation we do before the paint. First we measure everything and get exact quantities and colors determined. Room by room we find out what is getting painted and what color. Ceilings, trim, walls, doors? Each project is unique and has its own painting requirements to get the outcome your looking for.

Paint is price per gallon and you could end up being overcharged by double if you don't have your contractor purchase the paint. The suppliers provide loyal contractors great pricing so be sure you don't get ripped off!

Throughout a project we keep the project clean and safe with all of our materials and equipment. Full plastic and paper are put down to protect things not getting painted like furniture and floors.

 

After decades of painting we are able to get in and out with prepping/painting. In the construction industry painting is the easiest of the trades and sometimes its nice for the guys to have some easy work for a couple days or weeks.

Although we are a licensed general contractor we still do a lot of painting business per year!

Our teams stay busy because we offer affordable painting options for any size project. If its a rental and you want the cheapest paint just to freshen up or perhaps you want your master bedroom painted with a designer grade matte finish. Painting is painting and we are transparent on material costs and labor costs. There's nothing to hide its just some painting.

Commercial Painting

We do offer commercial painting where we come in with a larger crew and lifts to get those super high spots or building exteriors. Sometimes we partner with local painting subcontractors if our teams are busy on other projects but we are always extremely fair with both our homeowners and subcontractors.

Working alongside local business owners we help them keep their curb appeal up by keeping their office or business fresh with a nice paint job at all times.
