We partner with great engineers and architects locally and we are able to process permits quickly through the building department with residential additions. There are a few standard inspections but overall a very standard process. Locally we always deal with Martin County Building Department, Port St Lucie Building Department, and St Lucie Building Department. With all the construction in our area over the past years all the departments have decent systems in place to process additions quickly
