Gizze Construction Inc is a general contracting company in Port St Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Tradition, Ft Pierce, Palm City and Hobe Sound with decades of experience in ground up construction. We have built from Vero Beach to Miami and everything in between.

Our relationships with some of the best architects and engineers in the state allows us to get fast efficient planning and budgeting done. We focus all our energy on the planning phase so we can have a smooth build.

Design

The costs of materials have skyrocketed over the recent years. Although some have come back down costs are up overall. We have found ways to adjust and look for smart ways to cut back waste and negotiate better pricing with our suppliers. We work with our architects and engineers to design to a budget so things don't get out of control. A typical set of plans for either an addition or a full new constructed home can be obtained within about 4-6 weeks.

After that we must submit these plans to the local building department either Martin County Building Department, Port St Lucie Building Department, St Lucie County Building Department or the local municipality we need to go through. We always have experience dealing with HOA's and everything they typically require like proof of insurance and license and other documents they want for their records. 

Our licensed contractors will come to your property to discuss what you want to build. We will draw preliminaries which will allow us to workout out specific details around your budget so that the engineer already has majority of information provided to them. This helps keep engineering design costs down.

 

The subcontractors we use are also all licensed professionals in the trades and we take pride to choosing the best in the area. Holding a high level of professionalism as a standard among our subs sets the tone for how we want our clients treated by the subs.
